Fête de Maїs, Festival of Corn, was a celebration held with friends and neighbors each fall after all the crops were harvested. The feast was served in the communal dining hall to everyone that came to help with the final day of corn picking. The event includes a four-course French supper from recipes researched, prepared and served by the Icaria Cooking Group.
